The top itself is constructed using a triple-layered, all-weather insulated covering, able to withstand car washes. The rear window is scratch-resistant, and the even and narrow shutlines on its body are fully galvanised for rust protection.

What’s so special about that, you may ask? Many cabriolets are built for two, with a tight squeeze behind for (unwelcomed) guest appearances. But the New Beetle Cabriolet is a full-fledged four-seater, so all your passengers get the elbow room they need! The Easy Entry system ensures smooth access to the rear seats, while the rear seat bench and back rest can be folded down when you need to store and transport bulky items.
